Member Since: 2003-09-18 | Did the file upload correctly? Could you see the file in your list of ringtones and screensavers on the computer? Did you login to http://3g.pcsphonetones.com and not http://www.pcsphonetones.com on your phone? Did you see a list of #ed files on your screen on your phone? Were you able to click on those?

Member Since: 2003-09-18 | Sounds like you tried to click a qcp file, using your computer, without the qcp player installed. I can't really diagnose what's going on without knowing:
What stage you made it to
What device you are using
Your operating system (windows, mac, etc.) is helpful
Please provide as much detail as possible.

Member Since: 2004-08-01 | Make sure your file is named with simple characters (IE song.qcp or mycutsample.qcp, NOT jessica-simpson_she's-so-hot.qcp) Also, try using simple names for the name as well (avoid using characters like !@#$%^&*(), etc.
Some phones seem to have more issues than other, but as a rule, make the text as easy to digest as possible.
